A good tool for monitoring steps, sleep, heart rate, and temperature. Sometimes the blood pressure is accurate (I compare with a arm cuff monitor) and other times it is clearly off on BP. Overall I think it is a good product and I use it every day.Great watch for the price. Good customer service. I needed another charger and was responded to and assisted quickly.PRO's:This watch is an amazing piece of technology it works well the interface is easy to understand and use without reading the directions. The look, feel and construction of the watch is very good, it doesn't feel cheap. The screen is fantastic and easy to read. Others say it's not waterproof, I never had a problem with it even in the rain while running. Why would you wear it in the shower anyway? Don't you wash your wrists? I guess all the people saying it died in the shower have stinky wrists.CON'sUnfortunately, the problem is in the ability to read the blood pressure and measure your steps. It is able to track your heart beat fairly accurately but the blood pressure readings are off by about 20 points no matter which wrists you use. I checked this against two upper-arm type blood pressure machines on many occasions. The steps feature really surprised me. I would think that would be fairly easy for it to read but it would act as if it was guessing. Example I would walk 100 steps then stop, next I would start again it would jump 10 to 12 steps ahead of me. This would happen almost every time I tried that. My cell phone a Galaxy S8+ has that step-counting feature and it worked perfectly every time.I love it! Great value for the money. I hope it doesn’t die in two years like my Fitbits. I wish I could get a replacement band that is NOT silicon. My wrist doesn’t like the silicon.A pretty good watch for the price. Steps, pulse and blood pressure are all pretty accurate, and I really like having the pulse rate on the primary face. The temperature is wildly inaccurate, under-reading by at least 10 degrees. The manual suggest that at least a dozen regimens are accessible, but I can only find 7. And the "manual" is an abomination - the entire thing could fit on a single sheet of paper and is obviously a poor translation from Chinese. The instructions were minimal, and I had to fiddle with it to figure out how to use it. Still don't know if I was able to use all of the features. I got it primarily to count steps and easily tell time when I had to leave my phone on my desk at work. Unfortunately, it didn't count steps if I was not swinging my arms. So if I was carrying something or pushing a cart, I didn't get credit for the steps. I need to keep looking.I have enjoyed my watch and keeping up with steps, blood pressure and time. This is a inaccurate smart watch, BP is over 30 points high, steps are inaccurate, temp, pulse and time acceptable, it was compared to devices at Drs office. For the price it's a toy
