Nice, comfortable, attractive watch. I enjoy wearing it.The box presentation looks great. It's not made of expensive material, however it passes. It comes with a watch pillow cushion, however no instruction manual. I strongly believe my item was an openbox item marked new. Even the manufactures protective film coating for the watch face was taken off and left in the box. Moving forward, aviation watch must be extremely precise, especially the second hand. The biggest discrepancy is the second hand is not alight with the lines at all! It drives me crazy. I tried to adjust it with the dial however its impossible. I made sure I'm looking directly at it, not from an angle. The second discrepancy is the luminous dials. It is extremely weak, almost inoperable. Besides these two issues, the watch band feels extremely comfortable for a genuine leather. The stitching is outstanding and the color is nice also. The watch body material feels strong and not the cheap metal material. If the watch had another issue, I would of suggest not to purchase it. But I believe three stars is extremely fair rating for this item.Watch has held up to daily use. It has a great band. No luminous on hands makes it not a great at night though.I love the CHOTOVELLI WATCHES and this one is a great looking watch but I cannot see the hands or face in the dark I thought I read that the hands were luminous but there not that is the only negative I have about the watch. I am very pleased with the look and the reliability of my watch. My son is very happy with the look of his gift. I have had the opportunity to exchange messages with Illan Chotovelli. He has been very responsive and friendly. I absolutely recommend Chotovelli watches.Bought it for my wife and she is hard on everything... she sometimes wears it in the shower and works around the house with it on. It still looks good and did not fog up.Doesn't measure up to watches I have purchased on Amazon for less money. It's decent but will never be confused with a pricey watch as some have commented. Was exicted about finding a new brand. I collect lots of different watches in all price ranges. Non luminescent face.What's not to like about this watch,from its chunky black leather strap to its ample face,the twenty four hour dial at the twelve o'clock position has to be set at the correct hour so the date window changes at the end of the day,the seconds dial at the six o'clock position and the minute dial at the nine o'clock position are part of the stop watch function,it is a watch that can be easily read, except for the smaller minutes dial at the nine o'clock position which has a faded look to the minute reading, but what the hell, nothings perfect, I love this watch!Italian style with Jap reliability. The photos don't do it justice.A thing of beauty. Can't keep my eyes off it. Comfortable on the wrist. I wanted a watch that is easy to read, and the clear dial and large luminous hands are just that. The strap and buckle are strong enough for this kind of watch. It's not too heavy for comfort but looks as though it will continue to be reliable for a long time. A good price on Amazon.There was no guarantee with this item, the watch does not work, so i am returning it very disappointing as it was a Christmas present.
