This watch is beautiful and was an (I thought) perfect anniversary gift for my partner. It arrived with a dead battery, so we went to a jewelry shop to get it fixed. After a few weeks of my partner wearing it, he noticed that it would always tell the wrong time but still be running when he went to put it on in the morning, as though it would stop intermittently and then resume again after a random amount of time. Well, we took it back to the jewelry shop, and the jeweler told us the watch had a cavity that was slightly too big for the battery it required. If the watch was not stored in a very particular way, it would stop and then start up again because the battery was constantly moving around in its cavity. He wore it for another year or so and had to manually change the time every time he put it on. The current battery finally crapped out today, and we won't be going to the effort to replace it. Sad, since it's such a nice looking watch. They should really consider fixing this enormous flaw in design if they want people to continue purchasing their products.I've had it for a week and I really like the watch. Look stylish and has a good fit. The negative is the watch was delivered with a dead battery which cost me 15 bucks to be replaced at the jewelers.If you are interested in this item, make sure to tell amazon/supplier to check if the watch is working, ordered twice returned the first one for it is not working, the replacement came not working too, have to go to a jeweller for a battery to make it work.This is a handsome watch. The watch is simple and elegant and it comes with a bonus leather band. The watch comes in a elegant box with a pillow to keep the watch on when not wearing it. I like sapphire glass because it is almost unscratchable. A watch with glass that scratches after only a few weeks of usage is not good investment.I am very pleased with this watch which I purchased for my casual wear. I also like the fact that they sent a black band to change the metal to. It was hard to change as there was no tool included to but I used the tool from another band replacement.This is really good watch. Light and nice design and good price. I recommend this to everyone. But original watch belt is not good. If you willing to change to good one, you never gonna disappoint.What a handsome watch! Super classy looking and comfortable too. Looks like a much more expensive watch. My husband loves it! Great choice.Dead battery, AG4. Bracelet put on backwards (a first).it's a beautiful watch. The metal band clasp is too troublesome to use, but the leather band does the trick.
